Reference Number 00004434680 The Public Utilites Commission for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for Respondents to be placed on a Roster of service providers for Industrial Diving. The purpose of this Roster is to establish a list of Service Providers capable of providing various types of work at fixed time and materials prices. The Roster will provide a pool of registered Respondents for various projects. When the need to have work performed is identified, the PUC will select Respondents for work in accordance with the process laid out in this document. All work must be performed in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations, and all applicable Acts and Regulations, with minimum impact on the operational process requirements. The Roster list established under this process shall be in place three (3) years. Respondents must be prepared to hold their prices for that term.
