Site work for a civil project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the removal and replacement of two 36-inch magnetic flow meters at the Inline Storage System (ISS) Pump Station of the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility (JIWRF). These meters measure discharge flow exiting the ISS (Deep Tunnel) during tunnel pump operations. The scope includes the procurement, delivery, installation, integration, commissioning, and necessary modifications to ensure full operational functionality. Question Deadline 03/24/2025 Directed in writing to Nathan Churchill, Owner's Procurement Specialist, at nchurchill@mmsd.com no later than three days before the Bid opening date. Purchase and deliver two new Krohne magnetic flow meter to JIWRF 2. For each of the two meters (#1 and #2): a) Remove and dispose of existing flow meter and associated appurtenances. b) Install new meter, gaskets, grounding rings, control wiring and all required appurtenances. c) Provide adequate structural support for new flow meter. d) Coordinate with manufacturer for commissioning and training. e) Work with Owner to ensure integration of new meter into plant SCADA system. f) Conduct a test run and obtain operational acceptance from the Owner. 3. Work on Flow Meter #3 (Existing Meter) a) Provide adequate structural support for meter #3.
