Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Woodbury, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
City of Woodbury, Minnesota, is presently soliciting competitive "Prime Contract Bids" for Woodbury Central Park Remodel Epoxy Terrazzo Flooring. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders to provide bid security equal to five percent (5%) of maximum bid submitted (including additive alternates). The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids. The overall project involves new paving, reroofing, interior demolition and improvements, mechanical and electrical upgrades, new addition, & site improvements. All work, other than terrazzo, has been previously awarded.
