Renovation of a swimming pool in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Upgrades and repairs to the Rivière-des-Prairies Aquatic Center building. The scope of work includes repairs of the changing rooms and related areas, renovation of the pool enclosure, renovation of the waterproofing of the building envelope, upgrading of the heating, ventilation and dehumidification systems, replacement of the boilers, complete upgrading of the water filtration system, upgrading of the fire protection system, redevelopment of the accesses and entrance hall and addition of administrative premises TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is in an advanced stage. Working drawings are expected to begin in early 2026. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in spring 2026. According to the owner's scheduling construction start is not anticipated before summer of the same year.
