Remodeling of an educational facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Scope of architectural work includes remodeling of the media center and surrounding support spaces, including remodeling adjacent classrooms into a Maker Space and small group rooms, and remodeling of the entry areas in the corridors outside the media center. Two other classrooms will be remodeled into Flex Rooms. Other work includes hardware and security system alterations for security compartmentalization of the building, and installation of safety glazing film on some exterior windows and doors. Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical work supports Architectural work. Submit questions concerning Bidding Documents and Project site existing conditions to Architect.
