The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, UMass Chan Medical School will receive sealed proposals: Title: Medial School - Central Vacuum System Replacement Scope- replacement and consolidation of the central vacuum system serving the medical school. Estimated Cost: $176,130 Each general bid proposal must be secured by an accompanying deposit of 5% of total bid amount in the form of a bid bond or certified or treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of either or both Mass. G.L., Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended and Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 44A - 44J inclusive.
