Lincoln Pipestone RWS - Burr Ground Storage Reservoir Est. Value: $ 1,355,000.00 Est. Completion Date: April 24, 2026 The Project includes the following Work: Construction of an 800,000-gallon ground storage reservoir measuring 56 feet in diameter and 50 feet to high water elevation. Construction will include the necessary piping modifications to connect the reservoir to the existing system and the construction of a meter vault on the site of the ground storage reservoir. Work shall also be performed within the existing water treatment plant that shares a site with the proposed ground storage reservoir. This Work shall include the installation of two 1/2 -horsepower mixers, the installation of an on/off pneumatic actuator with a new butterfly valve, and piping modifications within the concrete clearwells. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
