Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Wilson, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,600-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Addendum 3 has been issued. Location Wilson County, North Carolina PROJECT: Wilson County Sheriff s Office Training Facility 2764 Commerce Rd Wilson, NC 27893 SEALED BIDS for the scope of work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, etc. required to complete the following contract: Building Construction including but not limited to a new 12,600 +/- sq ft New Training Facility, to include all interior rooms and finish, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations. Site Preparation including, but not limited to excavation and grading, sedimentation and erosion control, utilities, concrete sidewalk(s), landscaping and permanent seeding, building sub-grade preparation, and all site utilities. In addition to outdoor shooting range improvements. Bidders must be properly licensed according to the General Statues of the State of North Carolina. Each Bid must be accompanied by a 5% BID SECURITY. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. Wilson County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bid informalities. Wilson County is an equal opportunity employer and service provider.
