Construction of site improvements to the Town of Perintons Fellows Road Park Project Duration 185 days The project consists of construction of site improvements to the Town of Perinton’s Fellows Road Park located at 499 Fellows Road. Site improvements are being completed in conjunction with improvements to the Park drainage pond, which will be constructed simultaneously with the site improvements by the Owner. The site improvement contract includes completion of select site demolition work, including storm sewer removals, asphalt sidewalk removals, selective sawing and concrete sidewalk removals, sign removals, and tree removals, the installation and maintenance of site erosion and sediment control measures, as required by the project Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, site electrical construction, including electric vehicle charging stations,site excavation and fill, and grading,site storm water drainage, the installation of concrete curbing, and concrete sidewalks, the installation ofsubbase materials, asphalt, and pavement striping for improvements to the parking lot, the installation of signage, the installation of a dumpster pad and enclosures, and the completion of turf restoration and landscape improvements.
