To this end, the use of electrical energy must be prioritised. This project involves the pre-purchase of a new electric boiler. In order to secure steam production, an 800 BHP aquatubular boiler running on natural gas must be purchased. This is a pre-purchase and the contract will be transferred to a general contractor following a call for tenders for construction work. The property is due for delivery on 1 April 2026.
