** As of April 01, 2025, project was awarded to Layne Christensen Company, awarded amount is $379,821 ** The work tobe performed and the proposal to be submitted, including any and all separate and combinationproposals, shall include sufficient and proper sums for all General, Construction, MechanicalInstallation, Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment, Taxes (both Federal and State), Permits, Licenses,Service Costs, and so forth incident to and required for the construction of the facilities. All materialsfurnished and labor performed incident to and required Each proposal shall be accompaniedby a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond made payable to the Owner, in a sum of not less thanfive percent (5%) of the total amount of the highest aggregate proposal, which check or bond will beheld by the Owner as evidence that the bidder will, if awarded a contract or contracts, enter into thesame with the Owner upon notification to him to do so within ten (10) days of said notification.' Proposals shallinclude the Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 96 provided and executed by the bidder, all asrequired by Statute. No proposals shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids without the consentof the Owner for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of receiving same. The Ownerreserves the right to reject any proposal, or all proposals, or to accept any proposal or proposals, or tomake such combination of proposals as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities inthe bidding.
