Davison High School Audio Visual System Installation purchase and installation of an audiovisual system in the newly renovated fitness, meeting, and lecture rooms at Davison High School. All bidders must provide a bid for all of the equipment and installation detailed in the bid. Questions can be directed to Matt Lobban, Superintendent, at 810-591-0802. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, money order, or bid bond made payable to Davison Community Schools in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid as a bid guarantee. Withdrawal of any bid is prohibited for a period of ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to reject a bid not accompanied by the required bid guarantee or by other data required by the RFB documents and Michigan law, or to reject a bid which is in any way non-compliant with the bid requirements. Submitted bids may be adjusted by unit prices included by the bidder to ensure all bids submitted are compared on the same basis with respect to required materials. The Owner reserves the right to accept alternates in any order or combination and to determine the low bidder on the basis of the sum of the base bid and the alternates accepted.
