An existing wastewater line runs to the north of Sewall Hall. This project would re-route the line to the west along University Drive and flow into a City of Boulder manhole near the intersection of 17t Street. Alternate bid options will include 1) extending the new sewer line to the east to collect flows from Clare Small Arts & Sciences, 2) remove/replace concrete paving and loading dock north of Sewall Hall, 3) provide 2" mill and overlay for asphalt on University Ave and Mackey Dr, and 4) remove and replace concrete paving at traffic circle to the west of Sewall Hall. The University of Colorado Boulder reserves the right to accept and/or decline bid alternates on this project in any order regardless of their sequential numbering.
