Contract No. 2 - Infrastructure Upgrades for Raw Water By-Pass Piping including 16 and 24 Piping, Valves and Fittings All Bidders must be properly licensed in accordance with the requirements of the State Licensing Board for General Contractors (Chapter 8, Title 34, Code of Alabama, 1975 or latest). Neither the State of Alabama, nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract. This procurement will be subject to regulations contained in the laws of the State of Alabama and as applicable. Document Note: Prime contractor bidders will be refunded 100% of the plan deposit for one set returned to the Engineer, in reusable condition, within 10 days after the bid opening. Additional sets obtained shall be refunded 50% of the plan deposit. All non-bidders, subcontractors, vendors or dealers shall be refunded 50% of the plan deposit for each set returned to the Engineer, in reusable condition, within 10 days after the bid opening.
