Charles Perry Partners, Inc. has been selected by City of Mount Dora to provide construction management at risk (CMAR) services for the Resource & Recreation Center. The project is located at 1010 Lincoln Ave, Mount Dora, FL 32757. Bids are being solicited for this project. Scope of work includes: Civil, Concrete, Masonry, Miscellaneous Metals, Interior Finish Trades, Enclosure Trades, Roofing, Doors & Hardware, Casework, Specialties, Recreational and other Equipment, Plumbing Fixtures, HVAC Air Distribution, HVAC Infrastructure/Chiller Plant Work, Electrical, and Fire Protection.
