Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bloomfield, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Bloomfi eld is seeking bids from contractors for the removal and replacement of the concrete sidewalk and parking area. This project is funded by CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Reuse funds and will follow all CDBG program requirements including Davis-Bacon wages requirements. Please contact the City Office for a bid packet. Bids should be itemized for concrete removal and concrete installation. The City reserves the right to choose to remove existing concrete. The project areas are marked with orange paint and estimated surface area includes: 121 S Broadway-Bloomfi eld Library: A section of sidewalk approximately 125' X 10' 607 S Broadway-Bloomfi eld City Park: A section of sidewalk approximately 215' long and 4' wide A section of parking in front of the shelter area 30' X 30'.
