Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Emerson, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a swimming pool; and water / sewer project.

The work is generally described as follows:1. Construction of the splash pad and associated areas including but notlimited to general site work (e.g. sediment and erosion control measure(s),etc.), restoration (e.g. seeding, etc.), concrete slabs, spray items, source\drain piping, winterization provisions, water management system & accessories, and any and all incidentals pertaining to these items, providing a completelyoperational and functional splash pad;2. Pool liner, including removal and disposal of existing and install of new;3. Diving board (2);4. Bathhouse painting of all interior walls;5. Removal and disposal of existing and install of new shower heads inbathhouse restrooms;6. Removal and disposal of existing and install of new exterior doors (2);7. Removal and disposal of existing and install of new toilets, sinks, faucets, mirrors, and lights in city restrooms;8. City restrooms painting of all interior walls.
