Proposal Guarantee: $12,500 Completion Date: 6/20/2025 This project will repair a breach in the main levee along the Mississippi River within the Green Island Wildlife Management Area. The bid security must be in an amount set forth in the bidding documents and made payable to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. Failure to execute a contract for the proposed work and file an acceptable Performance Bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a certificate of liability insurance, within thirty days of the date of the award of the contract, will be just and sufficient cause for the rescinding of the award and the forfeiture of the bid security ALL SUBSTITUTION REQUESTS AND QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 12:00PM THE FRIDAY PRIOR TO THE BID LETTING TO BE CONSIDERED.
