This proposal is for the removal of existing graphics and creation and installation interior design work for the Lynn Training Facility at Dr. Mark and Cindy Lynn Soccer Stadium. Located at 339 Byrne Ave, Louisville, KY 40209. This scope will include the entry way, main corridor, rotunda, team meal room, men's and women's lounges, women's locker room, recruiting lounge, and classroom. The scope of the renovation will include but is not limited to the following: fixture installation, architectural finishes, and wall graphic installation. All colors, designs, and finishes must be approved by ULA before installation. Desired Contract Effective Date Week of 04/09/2025 Substantial Completion date for this project by June 27th, 2025.
