Also, included is the resurfacing and restriping ofChastain Road between I-75 and the entrance to The Commons at Chastain. Project Duration: The time allowed forperformance of the project will be 60 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Contractor and their subcontractors are required to be incompliance with the "Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act." Cobb County will affirmatively comply withTitle VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d-42 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations,Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, part 21 Nondiscrimination Act(s). DisadvantagedBusiness Enterprise (DBE) Participation and Small Business Participation in all DOT contracts is encouraged. The Cobb County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject all Bids and waive any formalities.
