The Project consists of the demolition of the exiting wood stairways, landings, and platforms. and construction of new steel and wood stairways, landings, and overlook platforms along a portion of the Falls Trail. Also included is the construction of new grade steps and ground-mounted guard railing. Contractors will be responsible for all shipping costs. In accordance with GS 133-3 and SCO procedures, this meeting will identify preferred brand items, of which there are none, and those considered as alternates by the owner for this project.
