Request for Proposals Nowell Recreation Center Gym - Multi-Sport Athletic Floor System The Walton County Board ofCommissioners is accepting sealed proposals for a Multi-Sport Athletic Floor System, at the Nowell Recreation Center Gymlocated at 201 West Spring Street, Monroe, GA 30655. A bid bond or certified cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) ofthe total proposal amount is to be enclosed with the proposal at the time of submittal. Both a Performance and a PaymentBond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman'sCompensation Insurance will be required with the Walton County Board of Commissioners named as additional insured.Proposers must submit with the proposal a Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work AuthorizationProgram known as E-Verify. This form must be notarized.
