Reference number: 20052715 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-03-17 The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the complete refurbishment of the building and 6 vacant units at 1585 rue Dufresne, Montreal, QC H2K 3J6, as well as the renovation of the roofs of the other buildings targeted by the project: 1850-1860 rue Dufresne, Montreal, QC H2K 3K5 1920-1930 rue D'Iberville, Montreal, QC H2K 3C3, 1645 rue Poupart, Montreal, QC H2K 3G5. The project consists of performing all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: - Complete fungal decontamination of the building; - Reconstruction of load-bearing exterior walls; - Construction of a new brick masonry envelope around the building, including insulation of exterior walls; - Replacement of exterior doors and windows; - Refurbishment of interior fittings in units and common areas: partitions, floor finishes, interior staircases and integrated furnishings in units; - Bringing all exits up to standard; - Repair and waterproofing of foundations; - Replacement of balconies, exterior staircases and railings; - Complete refurbishment of exterior landscaping, including parking; - Complete refurbishment to today's standards of electromechanical systems; - Electrical distribution upgraded and replaced; - Drainage and landscaping upgrades; - Re-roofing by replacing existing waterproofing complexes with a white elastomeric membrane; - Supply and installation of new flashings; - Installation of new climbing ladders on exterior walls.
