Jonesboro Municipal Airport Terminal Project Description: Project consists of the new construction of the Jonesboro Municipal Airport Terminal building to replace the one that was destroyed by a tornado in 2020 and associated site improvements. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form ofa Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates Apply. EDA Contracting Provisions for Construction Projects Apply.
