Site work and paving for a civil project in Pea Ridge, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project involves roadway improvements of Carr Street, from Townsend Way up to the intersection of West Patton Street. This will include, but not be limited to: full-depth reconstruction consisting of geotextile fabric, 16 inches of Class 7, and 3 inches of surface course asphalt throughout the roadway and at all crossing intersections. In addition to these improvements, a stormwater system will be installed to capture the runoff from the sidepaths and streets, as well as any other items identified in the contract documents or required to complete the work. Bid security, as defined in the Instructions To Bidders, in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid amount must accompany the submitted bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for 100 percent of the contract amount, as security for the faithful performance of the work and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the work. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or bid alternate, to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities in bids received where such acceptance, rejections, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner.
