Base Bid work to include the removal and replacement four 3.5-ton water source heat pumps including the installation of new direct digital control system for each unit that will be tied into the existing building automatic control system as well as all modifications to wiring, piping, etc. as required to have a complete and fully functioning mechanical system. Corresponding Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems will also be included.
