Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hilltown Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
2025 Hilltown Township PA Road Project Delivery and placement of approximately 57,461 SY of Scphalt Seal Coat, 14,571 SY of Polymer Modified Fog Seal, and 42,890 SY of Slurry Seal on various Township Roads. All work must be performed as directed by the Township. Question Deadline 03/20/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Online Portal Contractor will provide labor and material necessary for installation of Polymer-Modified Cationic Emulsified Asphalt paving with Slurry Seal and Fog Seal. Contractor is responsible for street sweeping roadway surface prior to installation of asphalt seal coat, and traffic control in accordance with PennDOT Publication 203. Excess stone must be swept from the road surface with a pick-up type sweeper prior to Slurry Seal and Fog Seal. Work must be coordinated with the Township. (A minimum of 5 working days notice must be provided to Hilltown Township prior to commencement of work.) 1 57,461 SY Single application of asphalt sealcoat with CRS-2PM (E-3M) - per Section 470 of PennDOT Specifications, Form 408, with washed Type A, #8 aggregate, complete-in-place on Upper Church Road, Rickert Road, and Mill Road. 2 14,571 SY Polymer Modified Fog Seal - per Section 472 of PennDOT Specifications, Form 408, complete-in-place on Upper Church Road. 3 42,890 SY Slurry Seal with Type II aggregate, per Section 482 of PennDOT Specifications, Form 408, complete-in-place on Rickert Road/Mill Road
