Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lucknow, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Township is requesting bids for the reconstruction of Gough St. from Stauffer St. to Havelock St., the rehabilitation of structure L2 (Gough St. Bridge) and the replacement of a sidewalk on Inglis St. from Gough St. to Campbell St. in the community of Lucknow. The work includes approximately: o 580 tonnes of hot mix asphalt in 2025 o 380 tonnes of hot mix surface asphalt in 2026 o 2800 m3 of earth excavation o 2760 tonnes of provisional Granular A o 4980 tonnes of provisional Granular B o 1250 square meters of concrete sidewalk o Installation of approximately 19 storm services into and existing sewer o 175 linear metres of 150 mm PVC watermain (some by directional drill) o 777 lineal metres of concrete curb and gutter o Bridge repair work on the Gough Street Bridge in Lucknow Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
