Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sorrento, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For the supply of materials and equipment, and the labour to perform work on the lowsloped roofs of Carlin Elementary/Middle School, Tappen, BC. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following items are included in the scope of work of this contract. All new Roof Assembly must meet the wind uplift load requirement per wind RCI calculation complete with safety factor of 1.5. as follows: Required System Rating End Zone width = 8.5 ft (2.6 m) Corners = 77 x 1.5 = 115.5 psf or higher Edges =39 x 1.5 = 58.5 psf or higher Field = 30 x 1.5 = 45 psf or higher.
