Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Piscataway, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of May 28,2025, the project was awarded to KM Construction Corp., with an awarded amount of $1,731,847.00.** The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and material necessary to remove and reconstruct, existing curbing and construct new curbing, remove and reconstruct existing sidewalk and construct new public sidewalk with public sidewalk curb ramps and additional appurtenances necessary to complete each item within limits as outlined on attached schedule ‘A’, schedule ‘B’ & schedule ‘C’ and incorporated herein. It shall include other incidental work on aforementioned areas pertaining to maintenance and protection of traffic, hot mix asphalt (bituminous concrete) pavement base repair/restoration and/or driveway apron restoration, in accordance with any details and/or direction from the Division of Engineering and these specifications. The roads targeted for repair and resurfacing shall have those areas marked and will generally be replaced in kind unless otherwise noted. The Township of Piscataway reserves the right to increase or decrease contract quantities as permitted by law.
