Site work and paving for a civil project in Bradenton, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes, but is not limited to, the relocation of the existing gravity sanitary sewer from the private property to the public right-of-way at the front of the properties to mitigate infiltration & inflow the system currently experiences, replace aging infrastructure, and provide improved access for future maintenance. The new gravity sanitary sewer system will flow to the nearby existing Lift Station #12A. This work will include the relocation of the sanitary sewer service of each structure, the abandoning of the existing sanitary sewer system in place, and all other appurtenances typical of a sanitary sewer improvement project in a manufactured home community. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE MANATEE COUNTY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids/proposals, to waive irregularies and technicalities, and to request resubmission. Also, the County reserves the right to accept all or any part of the bid/proposal and to increase or decrease quantities to meet additional or reduced requirements of the County.
