The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for Construction Management and Inspection Services. SJRA is seeking to secure one or more Consultants that can assist with various construction management and/or inspection services as they arise on projects over the next three years. The most highly qualified Consultant(s) will be selected for a Master Professional Services Agreement that may be renewed annually, from which work orders for specific project assignments will be issued. Respondents should clearly indicate which types of inspection services are available. Consultant shall provide professional construction management, administrative, and/or inspection (CM&I) services on an on-call basis for specific projects.
