A list of any subcontractors and solicitations of Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) shall be provided with the bid. Bids shall also be accompanied by a completed Non-Collusion Statement as provided in the Project Manual. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Bidders must document all sub-contraction opportunities to the grant admin team and any Certified MWBEs they intend to use for the work in Paragraph 11 of Section 00300 - Bid Form. This is a private wage rate project.
