Reference Number 0000378328 Job Location: City of Utica The City of Utica is accepting bids for professional construction services for the verification of existing water service line materials within the City. It is the goal for the City to have 250 service line verifications complete prior to March 31, 2026 with commencement to begin as soon as weather permits during the winter months. The list of addresses will be provided at project commencement. As a part of this Contract, the contractor should be prepared to complete water service line verifications within 90 days of receiving the addresses in which the Work is to be performed. Addresses will be provided a minimum of 30 at a time. Email: rduggar@hrcengr.com Each bid proposal shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, executed by the bidder and Surety Company, payable to the City of Utica in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the accompanying bid. Proposal Guarantee shall provide assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of the bid, execute the necessary Contract with the City of Utica. No bid may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least sixty (60) days. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the original certified bid check, satisfactory Performance, Labor and Material, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds in the amount of 100% of the project prior to award. The City of Utica reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding.
