Renovation of a mixed-use development in Unity, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work will include for the removal of approximately 15,125 ft2 (1,405 m2) of existing shingle roof system and the installation of a new shingle roof system. The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin upon award; the completion date is September 30, 2025. Bidders must be qualified to perform the work. The successful bidder must be a certified applicator with an approved manufacturer. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
