Site work for a water / sewer project in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The placing of concrete subbase at all open cuts in any roadways, the removal of sidewalks and curbing along with interfering tree roots, driveways, concrete roadway sub-base, , and the placing of concrete sidewalks, handicap ramps, roadway subbase and miscellaneous fill areas required by the Engineer and as specified, including associated mesh reinforcing, surface finishes, and joints treatments and adjustment of curb boxes and valve boxes located in areas of concrete placement. Flowable fill may be required, if determined appropriate, in associated with underground piping installation. Replacement of four lead lateral lines from the municipal water main to 4 different homes. The work consists of water lateral replacement at 4 residences in the community. The existing lead service lines will be replaced using new copper tubing, service saddles, corporations stops, curb stop penetrations into the home basement.
