Orlando Utilities Commission is soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide audio visual upgrades to its various conference rooms. Participating suppliersshould submit a scalable proposal that may be used to accommodate immediate and possible future upgrades, that are similar in scope. OUC anticipates havingmore than one project to be performed throughout the term of the agreement resulting from this RFP.The Commission Chamber Audio Visual (AV) Upgrade is expected to be the first project. The Scope of Work for the Commission Chamber Audio Visual (AV) Upgradeis specified in Attachment A as part of this RFP. Vendors are invited to provide OUC with all labor, materials, equipment and all incidentals necessary for theCommission Chamber Audio Visual (AV) Upgrade. OUC will only accept proposals from vendors who can offer complete project execution and after install ongoingsupport.The improvements that the Commission is looking to see on the future upgrade is so our board meetings can be offered via YouTube or any additional platform thatthe public/audience can leverage without any interruption. New drawings will be required, a small control room where an ATEM Software can be setup for meeting management, communication system for the support team to stay connected, leveraging under warranty current AV equipment, outside media connection flexibility, etc. Proposers are encouraged to be innovative in their proposed solutions as to provide the most cost-effective solution while meeting the requirements outlined herein.
