**As of May 23, 2025 This project has been awarded to MHB Construction Inc. with the awarded amount of $350,194.14** The project generally consists of improving the drainage in a few locations throughout the park, as well as adding some additional structures to the playground area. The drainage improvements include modifying existing concrete flatwork to convey water more effectively, installing box culverts, installing grouted rock riprap, removing and repairing concrete trail crossing. An electronic copy of the construction plans, contract documents and specifications may be obtained free of charge from the Belcheff Project Document Library by online. The City reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The successful bidder shall (when requested) demonstrate adequate and substantial documented experience in the construction disciplines necessary for constructing the project. Appropriate instructions and bidder experience requirements are described elsewhere in the bound contractual documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check of the bidder, or a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Notice to Bidders.
