Intent to Bid Due Date: Mar 27th 2025, 2:00 PM EDT Question deadline - March 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST Questions/Inquiries must be submitted via the website and must be received by the deadline Project Executive Summary This project includes several upgrades across eight different school locations. These include, but are not limited to: Audio/Video Systems Upgrades, Replace/Upgrade Communications Cabling to Category 6A, Video Surveillance Replacement/Upgrade, Network Switch Replacement/Upgrade, WAP Replacement/Upgrade, and Associated Mechanical/Electrical Upgrades. The project is expected to begin in the Summer of 2025 and complete by Summer of 2026. Interested contractors must bid on the full scope of the project at all locations within a group to be considered a valid bid response. Bids can be submitted for Group 1, Group 2, and/or a combined Group 1 and 2 bid response. Group 1 shall include: 1. Thomas D Gregg IPS #15, 2302 E Michigan Street. 2.
