SED Control No.'s: 21-19-01-02-0-001-035 Main Building 21-19-01-02-0-004-006 Industrial Art Building Contract No. 4 - Site Procurement and general requirements, items furnished by others for installation; site restoration; temporary project sign; temporary facilities and controls; cutting & patching; minor demolition; asbestos abatement; lead hazard control activities; concrete (concrete forming and accessories; reinforcing, cast in place; cast underlayment); masonry (masonry mortaring and grouting; unit masonry); metals (structural steel framing; steel decking, cold formed metal framing, metal stairs, metal fabrications, & pipe and tube railings); Wood, Plastics & Composites (rough carpentry; solid surface fabrications); thermal & moisture protection (existing EPDM roofing system modifications; thermal insulation, polyisocyanurate roof board insulation; fluid applied membrane air barriers, vapor impermeable; exterior insulation and finish system; under slab vapor barrier; black elastic EPDM membrane roofing; firestopping; joint sealers, sheet metal flashing and trim, expansion joint cover assemblies); openings (hollow metal frames, flush wood doors, access doors and panels, aluminum-framed storefronts, glazed aluminum curtain walls, aluminum windows, door hardware & glazing); finishes (common work results for flooring preparation, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, painting & coating); specialties (dimensional letter signage); furnishings (manufactured plastic-laminate-clad casework, entrance floor gratings), vertical platform lift; excavation; fill and backfill; aggregate base courses; all CC, HM, S, A, and AD series drawings; and all other work and related materials as indicated on the Contract Drawings, as specified herein, and as required for the complete and proper execution of the Work. The Owner further reserves its right to disqualify bidders for any material failure to comply with the Information for Bidders and General, Supplementary, and Special Conditions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening. Document Note: Plans and specifications remain the property of bca architects & engineers and must be returned in good condition within thirty (30) business days after award of contract or rejection of bids. The plan deposit for one set of Plans and Specifications will be refunded to bona fide bidders returning Plans and Specifications to REVplans within 30 business days after award of Contract or rejection of bids. A partial refund of the plan deposit, in an amount equal to the full amount of such deposit, less the actual cost of reproduction of the Plans and Specifications shall be made to non-bidders and unsuccessful bidders for the return of all other copies of the Plans and Specifications in good condition within 30 business days following the award of the Contract or the rejection of the bids. Question Deadline 03/20/2025 All requests for such interpretations shall submitted in writing to BCA Architects & Engineers. To be given consideration a request for interpretation the RFI form must be received at least six (6) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
