The TENDERER shall submit with its Tender a Bid Security equivalent to TEN PER CENT (10%) of the total price proposed in its Bid. This must be in the form of a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC by a Financial Institution as defined in clause clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form. Under penalty of having the Contract withdrawn, the CONTRACTOR must, within FIFTEEN (15) days from the date of dispatch of the Notice of Award, provide the PUBLIC BODY with a performance PUBLIC ORGANIZATION a performance bond and a guarantee of the CONTRACTOR's obligations for pledges, materials and services, each in an amount equivalent to FIFTY PER CENT (50%) of the total amount of the Contract with taxes, in the form of a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION by a Financial Institution of the present, which must comply with the provisions of the model performance and performance bond and surety bond for pledges, materials and services reproduced respectively in Schedules 4.01A and 4.01B hereto.
