The sole purpose of this approach by the SQI is to collect information regarding the interest of actors in the construction industry to offer the SQI the work described. 1. SUBJECT OF THE CALL FOR INTERESTThe Société Québécoise des Infrastructures (hereinafter “Society”) invites actors in the construction industry to participate in the project to repair the envelope and exterior landscaping of the Quebec City Courthouse (hereinafter “QCC”) in an integrated project delivery method (hereinafter “IPD”), to express their interest. The main objective of this Call for Interest is to survey the market among actors in the construction industry to understand the issues and opportunities that they anticipate in connection with the deployment of IPD including their interest in being a signatory of the contract. No contract will be concluded directly with an enterprise as a result of its participation in this Call for Interest. However, following the results of this process, a procurement process could be launched to possibly select the enterprises which will participate in the project. Responding to this Call for Interest is not a prerequisite for entering into a contract or for being authorized to participate in the upcoming procurement process.
