Reference Number 0000378614 The work includes, but is not limited to: Window restoration and replacement including miscellaneous interior removals, interior and exterior trim, sealant and waterproofing restoration and replacement and interior and exterior painting. Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The Project schedule anticipates an approximate start date of May 5, 2025 and shall be Substantially Completed by October 3, 2025 for Owner Occupancy and completed and ready for final payment by November 3, 2025. The Contractor(s)' surety, if any, shall be assessed liquidated damages for late completion. If requested, documents will be sent by UPS Ground delivery at the non-refundable cost of $10.00 per set for postage and handling.
