Construction Manager at Risk for the Renovation of the Tracy Gee Community Center for the Office of the County Engineer The County requires Vendors to make a good faith effort to meet or exceed a 15.95 % goal for participation by M/WBEs on this project The proposed project consists of the replacement of the existing Tracy Gee Community Center building. The site is located at 3599 Westcenter Dr., Houston, TX 77042. The existing one-story steel framed building was constructed in 1979 of approximately 16,000 sq. ft. on approximately 1.9-acre lot. Upgrades to the facility include a new building with a natural gas emergency generator, new landscaping, paving, parking and underground stormwater detention and new natural gas service. IT/AV systems will be installed by The County. The new replacement facility is to accommodate additional parking spaces and pedestrian accessible entrances to the building. The new building will likely be multi-story and include elevators, multi-purpose assembly rooms, a commercial teaching kitchen, administrative office spaces, lobby and reception area, storage spaces, and a secured area for Constable's office
