Kansas City Community Corrections and Rehabilitation Center Questions: Due date for questions, May 13, 2025, 5:00 PM The City desires Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Womens Business Enterprises (WBE) have a maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of City contracts. The goals for this specific Project are 15% MBE participation and 15% WBE participation. Pre-Bid Conference time and date is TBD and will be added via addendum once the date is determined. The Price Submittal must be accompanied by Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base Bid for Pre-Construction Services and CM Fee, which shall be in the form of a bid bond (in the form provided in these Bidding Documents). The Price Submittal must also be accompanied by a letter from the Bidders Surety indicating the Bidder has the ability to provide $225,000,000 performance and payment bonds for this Project.
