Project Location: Gardner, KS The City of Gardner is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of a new outdoor basketball court. The project includes concrete court installation, installation of outdoor benches and goals, painting of court lines, creation of a memorial sign, and the addition of a connecting sidewalk. Interested contractors are encouraged to thoroughly review this document to understand the instructions, procedures, and requirements. All inquiries concerning this RFP should be submitted to Tim Rodgers at trodgers@gardnerkansas.gov. All inquiries received will be responded to by means of addendum to this RFP and distributed via email to all known interested institutions. Question Deadline 03/17/2025 The City reserves the right to negotiate any and all elements of this proposal, including but not limited to the fee structure and length of the contract, with the business selected.
