Construction of a new Inspection Building. a. Concrete foundations and slab-on-grade. b. Wood framed structure. c. Formed metal siding and roofing. d. Mechanical and electrical systems. 3. Site Improvements including earthwork, utilities, concrete and bituminous pavements, and landscaping. D. Substantial Completion of the work shall be achieved on or before December 31, 2025. Work on site may not commence before the Notice-to-Proceed is issued and until all specified materials and equipment procurements are confirmed as complying with the Project Substantial Completion date, unless authorized differently in writing by the MnDOT Project Manager.
