Reference Number 0000378645 These capital improvements will consist of tuckpointing and repair of the limestone panel cladding, restoration and reglazing of single panel windows and abatement of electrical equipment at 735 Randolph Street, Detroit, Michigan 48226. The penthouse at the top of the DWSD Main Office Building (MOB) consists of 2 floors and houses the mechanical and elevator equipment for the building. The 4-inch-thick limestone panels are cracking and spalling and need repair. In addition, the windows are rusting, losing glazing and need a thorough restoration. Unused electrical equipment will be abated from the roof area.
