The penthouse at the top of the DWSD Main Office Building (MOB) consists of 2 floors and houses the mechanical and elevator equipment for the building. The 4-inch-thick limestone panels are cracking and spalling and need repair. In addition, the windows are rusting, losing glazing and need a thorough restoration. Unused electrical equipment will be abated from the roof area.
