ENGINEER’S ESTIMATE RANGE: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 This Project consists of Removing and reconstructing a portion of an existing timber wall, constructing an earth barrier berm between two shooting ranges, regrading downrange berms and range surfacing material, installing ADA compliant ramps and hand rails, expanding and paving a parking area, constructing concrete valley gutters, new underground storm drain system consisting of 18" CPP and catch basins, roofing and other related upgrades to two existing shooting shelters, regrading and resurfacing an existing maintenance access road, clearing trees and brush, posting rifle range boundary signage, replacing shooting benches, relocating existing storage containers onsite, installing new safety features, installing informational & navigational signage, electrical work and miscellaneous other improvements necessary for a complete project.
